The Program

We are certified Precision Nutrition coaches. Precision Nutrition is an industry leader in nutrition coaching and education. Their an agnostic, evidence-based approach to the hard science of nutrition and the softer science of change psychology creates sustainable change but allows us to work with you to meet specific performance goals that fit your training lifestyle. ProCoach provides a total solution, complete with daily lessons, habits, check-ins, and more. As your coaches, we can support you, answering questions, offering encouragement, and tracking progress through the ProCoach interface.

Our approach to coaching is based on clear, habit-based practices that are developed around your individual needs. By filtering out what is most important to your goals, and with regular feedback, I can teach you to be consistent and make good nutrition a lifetime habit. The best part is that it can be done in-person, remotely or in combination!
