Tara is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer with a background in business and marketing.
She has participated in physical fitness all of her adult life, and through the years it has grown from a hobby to a passion. She enjoys stretching her knowledge base and experience by participating in various modes of exercise. She also loves working with people and rallying those around her to join in. One source of fitness that she particularly enjoys is running. She has participated in numerous races ranging from 5Ks to a full marathon. She has also coordinated her own running groups as well as assisted in others. There is something about pushing herself both mentally and physically that brings a great amount of satisfaction to her. Nothing clears her mind more than throwing on a pair of running shoes and hitting the pavement.

Along with enjoying fitness, she also leads a very active lifestyle. Living in New Hampshire provides opportunities to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities during any season, whether it be biking, hiking, or skiing (just to name a few). She also enjoys indoor rock wall climbing from time to time. Fitness is a high priority in her family, and she feels it is important to be a good fitness example to her children and to expose them to a variety of activities to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.
